Mom’s Spanish Rice



Mom’s Spanish Rice

Fixings:

1 pound lean ground meat (90% lean)
1 huge onion, slashed
1 medium green pepper, cleaved
1 can (15 ounces) pureed tomatoes
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, depleted
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon stew powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2-2/3 cups cooked earthy colored rice

Directions
In a huge skillet, cook meat, onion and pepper over medium hotness 6-8 minutes or until hamburger is at this point not pink and onion is delicate, separating meat into disintegrates; channel.

Mix in pureed tomatoes, tomatoes and flavors; heat to the point of boiling. Add rice; heat through, blending once in a while. Cool. Appreciate it!Orxata.
